Job Summary: Support logistics department activities, contributing to the organization, control, and execution of receiving, storage, dispatch, and transportation processes for materials. Key Highlights: 1. Support delivery tracking and material control. 2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the supply chain. 3. Assist in preparing logistics reports and organizing inventory. Support logistics department activities, contributing to the organization, control, and execution of receiving, storage, dispatch, and transportation processes for materials, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement of the supply chain. **Main Responsibilities (Functions)** * Assist in tracking deliveries from suppliers and carriers; * Support control of material and product inflows and outflows; * Assist in preparing logistics performance reports (deliveries, deadlines, costs, etc.); * Support inventory counting and stock verification; * Assist in organizing transportation documents and invoices; * Contribute to mapping and improving internal processes; * Support the team in administrative tasks within the department. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * **Semester:** From the 3rd semester onward; * **Desired Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite (especially intermediate Excel); * Basic knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or inventory management; * Basic ERP knowledge is a plus.
