Monitor logistics performance indicators Irmen Máquinas, the world’s largest SANY dealership, is seeking a **Logistics Coordinator** to work in the after-sales area, coordinating and supervising the flow, movement, storage, and transportation of heavy machinery, acting as the liaison between management and operations, prospecting suppliers, and ensuring equipment deliveries occur within required timelines, safety standards, and efficiency. **Job Mission**: This professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring equipment transportation operations, controlling performance indicators, ensuring compliance with deadlines, regulations, and procedures, while promoting optimization of logistics processes with a focus on operational efficiency, cost reduction, customer service, and commercial team support. **Key Responsibilities** * **Specialized Transportation Management:** Plan and supervise heavy/dimensional cargo transportation, including route planning, licensing, escort arrangements, and use of specialized equipment (flatbeds, trailers). * **Field and Workshop Operations:** Coordinate logistics demands in alignment with internal technical team operations. * **Routing and Fleet Management:** Manage driver scheduling and fleet movement, optimizing equipment utilization. * **Documentation and Compliance:** Issue and verify shipping documents, verify safety regulations, CT-e, special licenses, and traffic regulations. * **Performance Indicator (KPI) Monitoring:** Track performance indicators such as cost per km, machine downtime, fleet utilization, and delivery efficiency. * **Service Provider Management:** Manage third-party carriers and logistics suppliers. * **Inventory and Warehousing:** Control inventory of equipment and components, ensuring organization. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree; postgraduate degree preferred; * Solid experience in logistics, preferably with heavy equipment; * Knowledge of regulations and standards for oversized cargo transportation (DNIT/DER). * Willingness to travel **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed salary * Corporate benefits Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$6.000,00 - R$7.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance Experience: * Yellow line (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred)
