




**Job Description:** **Position:** Logistics Coordinator **Location:** Mogi Mirim/SP **Job Description:** Lead the Mars MOM Distribution Centers (DCs), with the primary objective of ensuring service level targets are met for all sales orders without anomalies (shortages, mis-picks, or damages), thereby optimizing case fill, fill rate, and FROT. Ensure inventory accuracy, maintain a safe working environment free from accident risks, and comply with our quality standards. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in logistics and inventory processes, product handling, traceability, etc.; * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in Logistics (inbound and outbound); * Proficiency in SAP and EWM systems; * Knowledge of process mapping and workflow analysis; * Familiarity with LEAN methodology; * We seek an innovative individual with strong interpersonal skills who prioritizes the well-being of our end consumers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as a financial and control manager on a daily basis. Ensure financial planning for the DC and adherence to forecasts without unplanned expenditures in LCC/S&H or ongoing projects. * Lead the outbound shift, fulfilling loading schedules for customers, transfers to third-party logistics (3PL) providers, exports, import receipts, and reverse logistics. * Oversee factory receipts, verifying that products arrive on time and in proper condition for sales order fulfillment.
