If you have experience coordinating teams and operational processes, this position is for you! **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Coordinate and supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards Plan, organize, and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs Manage and lead teams, promoting continuous development and training Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency Identify and implement continuous improvements in operational processes and procedures Manage material, financial, and human resources to meet operational demands Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration and smooth operations **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership roles within operations Knowledge of process management, performance indicators (KPIs), and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) Proficiency with operations management systems (ERP, WMS, etc.) Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Proactivity and results orientation **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Logistics **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
