Logistics Coordinator

About the position We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to lead logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes. This person will work directly at the Eusébio and Sobral units, ensuring standardization and operational performance. Key responsibilities * Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations * Manage the operational team (drivers, assistants, checkers, etc.) * Plan and monitor delivery routes * Monitor logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost, and service level * Optimize processes and propose continuous improvements * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards * Interface with suppliers, carriers, and other company departments * Manage inventory and stocktaking * Oversee operations at the Eusébio and Sobral units Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience in logistics and team management * Knowledge of ERP/WMS/TMS systems * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Analytical, organized profile with leadership skills * Willingness to travel between the Eusébio and Sobral units * Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel Preferred qualifications * Postgraduate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management * Experience with distribution centers * Knowledge of Lean methodologies / continuous improvement Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$5.800,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
