If you are a hands-on leader, closely connected to operations, and enjoy building safe and collaborative environments, this opportunity could be your next big step. ### **What You’ll Do Here** * Lead, develop, and support the team, always prioritizing employee **safety, well-being, and engagement**. * Strategically coordinate all activities related to **receiving, warehousing, material handling, shipping, and factory replenishment** with raw materials (RM) and packaging (PK). * Fulfill RM and PK requests from the factory, performing entries and controls in the **WMS system**. * Ensure **physical and administrative inventory control**, guaranteeing accuracy and continuous flow. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, and process efficiency. * Implement continuous improvements and drive initiatives focused on productivity gains and operational optimization. * Ensure necessary resources, equipment, and information are available so activities occur safely and in an organized manner. * Perform other duties related to the role, always aiming for operational excellence. ### **What We Expect From You** * Proven experience in **logistics operations**, preferably in an industrial environment. * Experience with **WMS**, inventory control, and processes including receiving, warehousing, and shipping. * Strong **leadership, team development, and day-to-day operational management** skills. * Analytical mindset and ability to monitor KPIs for decision-making. * Organized, resilient profile with strong communication skills. * Proactivity and a constant drive to improve processes. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
