Here, every process is carried out with love and great dedication!** US Group, responsible for the brands Lofty Style and Seja, wants you on our team! **All our job openings are inclusive and open to people with disabilities (PwD).** We are seeking a **Logistics Assistant**, responsible for supporting operational activities within the logistics department, contributing to the receiving, warehousing, picking, and shipping of goods. **Job Responsibilities:** * Allocate, pick, pack, verify, and ship products according to received orders; * Assist in the billing process, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date; * Conduct stocktaking and inventories, verifying product availability in stock; * Record product movements in systems or spreadsheets; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to safety standards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in logistics, preferably in retail/fashion companies; * Knowledge of techniques for allocation, picking, packing, verification, and shipping of products; * Ability to perform stocktaking, inventories, and prepare accurate reports; * Capacity to work collaboratively in a team, cooperating with other departments; * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; * Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics tools; **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience in the field **Additional Information** -------------------------- On-site work Flash Card (Flexible benefit) — usable for food, meals, and transportation; Telemedicine (Starbem); Health insurance; Discount on brand products; Discount Club.
