We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Job Details:** * Perform delivery route planning and scheduling to group orders by region, enabling drivers to serve more customers in less time and ensuring deliveries are executed properly and within stipulated deadlines. * Conduct delivery follow-up to ensure adherence to the planned routes and analyze discrepancies, correcting them as needed. * Address customer needs and requests (both internal and external). * Receive assistants/drivers upon their return from routes, verifying deliveries, quantities, mileage, signatures, re-scheduling requirements, initial vs. final weight. * Prepare folders containing maps, invoices, DANFEs, and various forms to expedite the next day’s dispatch. * Ensure all PDAs are fully charged before drivers/assistants depart. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * Experience in logistics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 8:20 PM (alternate Saturdays); * Compensation: Base salary + 30% hazard pay. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Critical Analysis, Communication, Dynamism, Organization, Interpersonal Relationships ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Transportation Voucher, Gas Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Pharmacy Card, Profit Sharing (PLR), Life Insurance, Wellhub (formerly Gympass) ### **Department:** Logistics – Distribution & Administration
