Logistics Assistant

Description

About the position Responsible for analyzing, planning, and improving logistics processes. Support logistics operations and execute all administrative tasks from order receipt through to shipment. Responsibilities * Analyze data related to receiving, inventory control, shipping, and transportation; * Optimize processes, streamline goods flow, and reduce costs; * Develop logistics performance reports and insights for management; * Generate suggestions for ready-to-ship orders; * Monitor fulfillment and billing of ready-to-ship orders; * Pull store customer orders for picking; * Monitor fulfillment and billing of store customer orders; * Generate daily reports on store customer return transactions; * Assist in coordinating transportation for orders; * Perform administrative tasks such as indirect customer support, spreadsheet completion, and report generation. Qualifications Completed high school education Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (Logistics or related fields) is a plus ERP system knowledge Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced level is a plus) Experience in analyzing and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.300,00 - R$2.700,00 per month Benefits: * Childcare allowance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
