Job Summary: The Transpanorama Logistics Assistant performs quantitative control, updates systems, provides support to drivers and customers, and coordinates cargo/unloading scheduling. Issuance of CTE and fuel vouchers As a **Logistics Assistant** at Transpanorama, your responsibilities include: * Performing daily quantitative control to monitor operations; * Conducting a monthly review of vehicles not invoiced during the first ten days of the month and identifying reasons; * Updating vehicle information in the system to ensure correct status and accurate trip entries; * Providing support for driver ASO (Occupational Health Certificate), vacation, and leave tracking; * Supporting control of invoices, telematics, or other requests from management; * Scheduling and monitoring vehicles allocated for loading and unloading according to deadlines agreed with customers, when necessary; * Monitoring and supporting customers, when required; * Supporting Logistics Operations coordinators or internal customers, when necessary; * Supporting external and internal customers with vehicle tracking, CTE issuance, delivery forecasts, delivery routes, driver data, and proof-of-delivery documents; * Issuing CTE for the operations you handle, enabling drivers to execute trips; * Issuing fuel vouchers, analyzing the best pricing option based on the established route; * Submitting and correcting monitoring requests, as needed; * Supporting the grid coordinator with issues related to returns, invoice exchanges, damages, loading/unloading scheduling, and loading orders.
