We value each employee's knowledge and seek individuals who want to **add value** to the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Pick products according to documents extracted from the system; * Receive carriers and handle cargo receipt, organize, and request necessary documentation for carrier release; * Perform inspection, allocation of received products to scheduled locations, and shipment of materials; * Load materials for shipment; * Sort items for return and forward documentation for required procedures; * Verify items against order lists using the system; * Organize inventory to ensure qualitative and quantitative material integrity; * Participate in inventory counts, if necessary; * Receive returned materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Experience/Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer literacy and system operation skills (for order system usage); * Organization and attention to detail. **Preferred Experience/Requirements:** * Prior experience in logistics (picking, inspection, shipping, etc.). **Desired Personal Characteristics:** * **Good Communication:** Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. * **Resilience:** Ability to handle rejection and challenges while maintaining motivation and focus on goals. * **Flexibility:** Adapt to different situations and demands, adjusting approaches as needed. * **Proactivity and Self-Responsibility:** Strong sense of accountability for outcomes and willingness to take initiative to achieve goals. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Medical insurance; On-site meals; Meal allowance: R$ 303.00/month; Fuel allowance: R$ 200.00/month; Group life insurance; Childcare assistance; Maternity leave (2-month extension); Paternity leave (30 days); Mental health program; Birthday day off. *All our positions are open to People with Disabilities (PwD).
