To check your application status, log in to our careers page using your candidate login credentials, as it will reflect any updates.** **Job Profile / Responsibilities** * Implement initiatives to improve logistics processes. * Identify improvement opportunities within logistics processes. * Develop and manage KPIs and metrics for the Logistics Operations Division. * Develop and manage productivity controls. * Develop controls and monitor logistics operational costs according to division projects. * Create and maintain a database containing relevant logistics operations information to support analysis and decision-making. * Manage projects in collaboration with Process Engineers. **Basic Qualifications:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or currently enrolled from the 4th semester onward (Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics) **Experience:** Logistics, Business Administration, or Manufacturing Engineering (minimum 1 year) **Computer Skills:** Access, Excel, and Power BI (Intermediate) **Language:** English – Pre-Intermediate **Skills:** Ability to plan, execute, and track improvement initiatives with schedules, goals, and KPIs. Knowledge and application of root cause analysis methodology for problem identification and resolution. **Behavioral Competencies:** Interpersonal skills, analytical ability, entrepreneurial mindset, organizational and planning skills, commitment, sense of urgency, and effective communication. **Preferred Candidates Should Have:** **Language:** English – Intermediate **Computer Skills:** Access, Excel, and Power BI (Advanced) / Power Apps (Intermediate) **Experience:** Logistics, Business Administration, or Manufacturing Engineering (more than 1 year) **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical capability for logistics data: Ability to interpret metrics such as lead time, operational costs, etc. * Capability to control workflows and identify bottlenecks: Ability to observe processes and detect inefficiencies. * Benchmarking: Compare internal practices against industry best practices to identify opportunities. *Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days per week.* **Interested in this challenge and want to grow your career at Caterpillar?
