We value each employee's knowledge and seek individuals who wish to **add value** to the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Pick products according to documents extracted from the system; * Receive carriers and handle cargo receipt, organize and request necessary documentation for carrier release; * Perform verification, allocation of received products to scheduled locations, and material shipment; * Load materials for shipment; * Sort items for return and forward documentation for required procedures; * Verify items against order lists using the system; * Organize inventories to ensure qualitative and quantitative integrity of materials; * Participate in inventory counts when necessary; * Receive returned materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Experience/Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer literacy and system operation skills (for use of the ordering system); * Organization and attention to detail. **Preferred Experience/Requirements:** * Prior experience in logistics (picking, verification, shipment, etc.). **Desired Personal Characteristics:** * **Strong Communication Skills:** Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. * **Resilience:** Ability to handle rejections and challenges while maintaining motivation and focus on goals. * **Flexibility:** Adapt to different situations and demands, adjusting approaches as needed. * **Proactivity and Self-Responsibility:** Possess a strong sense of accountability for outcomes and willingness to take initiative to achieve goals. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Unimed co-payment health plan; On-site meals; Food allowance: R$ 303.00/month; Fuel allowance: R$ 200.00/month; Group life insurance; Childcare assistance; Maternity leave (extended by 2 months); Paternity leave (30 days); Mental Health Program; Birthday day off. *All our job openings are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
