Job Summary: Professional required for transportation planning and management, including freight, fleet, and documentation, with a focus on operational optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Daily freight planning and fleet management. 2. Monitoring and tracking of trucks for efficiency. 3. End-to-end management of the transportation system and suppliers. **Education/Experience** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); * Specialization in Technology-related fields (preferred). **Specific Knowledge/Skills** * Advanced Excel (mandatory) and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Dynamism and proactivity; * Organizational and planning capabilities; * Ability to work with transportation systems and management tools. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Daily freight planning for the fleet; * Acquisition and control of aggregates; * Monitoring and tracking of trucks; * Scheduling truck stops for maintenance; * Issuing documents (CTE, manifest, freight letter, and CIOT); * Managing internal transportation systems and suppliers (scheduling loading and unloading); * Controlling working hours and leave days; * Controlling fuel refills; * Availability for overtime. ***Residence in Itu, Salto, or Sorocaba is required.*** **We Offer** Competitive market-based salary.
