**Responsibilities:** * Develop logistics methodologies for new projects, from quotation to procurement. * Evaluate and implement end-to-end logistics solutions during project development. * Perform handover of projects to the series production team, ensuring all developed and validated activities are efficiently transferred. * Maintain constant contact with customers, direct and indirect suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project execution. * Negotiate deadlines and conditions with various departments, ensuring project feasibility. * Work with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), IAM (Independent Aftermarket), and OES (Original Equipment Supplier) markets, adapting to short lead times and agile demands. * Develop and implement packaging in accordance with customer requirements. * Develop packaging jointly with suppliers to ensure optimal material condition and utilization. * Develop material flow (components, raw materials) and finished goods flow. * Communicate effectively in English with international suppliers and manage global automotive supply chains. * **Define logistics concepts, including packaging, transportation, material flow, cost, and equipment.** * **Configure, review, and update the supply chain checklist, including data entry/update in SAP.** * **Ensure production orders and plan orders for pre-series production testing.** * **Guarantee availability of purchased components (including internal transportation).** * **Ensure pre-series units are packaged, labeled, and transported to the final destination according to customer requirements.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in logistics project management. * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Fluency in English, both written and spoken. * Knowledge of the automotive sector and IAM and OES market dynamics is a plus.
