Responsibilities * Monitor loading and unloading schedules sent via the WhatsApp group. * Hire dedicated truck drivers to handle transfer transportation. * Manage truck drivers, scheduling loading and unloading operations as requested by the client. * Monitor truck drivers upon arrival at the facility, verifying vehicles and other required items (conducting Checklists). * Request billing for shipments and process payments to truck drivers. * Track vehicles during transit and report to the client on adherence to unloading schedules. * Maintain control of delivery confirmation documents and release pending balances. Requirements * Prior experience in the logistics field * Knowledge of the transportation sector * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
