**JOB DETAILS** ----------------- We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to work directly on shipping operations and logistics control, supporting the structuring and growth of the area. Key responsibilities: Perform route-based loading analysis and monitoring starting at 4:00 AM; Ensure verification and accuracy of loadings until vehicle departure; Guarantee 100% shipment accuracy and operational compliance with routes; Support billing and inventory controls for logistics operations; Work with ERP and WMS systems for operational monitoring; Develop operational analyses and dashboards in Power BI; Automate spreadsheets and controls integrated with ERP; Develop operational KPIs and visual management; Support the design, review, and standardization of logistics processes; Collaborate with leadership on continuous operational improvement; Support training and dissemination of operational best practices; Contribute to logistics organization, governance, and growth. ### **REQUIREMENTS** Experience in logistics operations, shipping, or transportation; Knowledge of billing and inventory control; Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems; Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge for building analyses and dashboards; Proficiency in data analysis and operational controls; Organized, analytical, and proactive profile; Availability to work during early morning hours.
