Strategic interface with various company departments Full Job Description: * Plan and control transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. * Monitor logistics KPIs, such as delivery lead time, service level, freight cost, inventory turnover, and accuracy. * Perform inventory control and analysis to prevent stockouts and overstocking. * Schedule and monitor loading and deliveries with carriers. * Negotiate freight rates and manage contracts with carriers and service providers. * Monitor delivery deadlines and address logistical incidents. * Prepare managerial reports and logistics performance analyses. * Participate in route planning and transportation optimization. * Ensure compliance with internal standards, company policies, and applicable legislation. * Support periodic inventories and internal audits. * Interface with departments including Sales, Procurement, Production, and Finance. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics; Business Administration; Production Engineering; or related fields; * Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing; * Inventory management; * Logistics planning; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * ERP systems experience; * Experience in route planning; * Organizational and analytical skills; * Proactivity; clear and concise communication.
