Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and reliability, proactively identifying inconsistencies and optimizing logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in inventory control, stocktaking, and warehousing. 2. Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems. 3. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure inventory accuracy and reliability through product shelf-life control, execution of cyclic and general stocktakes, analysis and resolution of discrepancies, monitoring of material movements, and tracking of operational KPIs. Proactively identify inconsistencies to reduce losses, prevent stockouts, optimize logistics processes, and ensure the integrity of both physical and system-based inventory data. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in Logistics, with focus on inventory control, stocktaking, and warehousing; * Knowledge of executing cyclic and general stocktakes; * Experience analyzing and resolving inventory discrepancies; * Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate-level Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and charts); * Familiarity with logistics KPIs and performance analysis; * Knowledge of material receiving, storage, movement, and dispatch processes; * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in a team; * Willingness to undertake short-term travel. * **SALARY:** R$ 3.390,00 * **BENEFITS:** Commuter bus service within Valinhos, VT (transportation allowance) or fuel allowance, meal voucher (R$ 20.50/day), TotalPass, and life insurance — after the probation period, medical and dental plans are added. * **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday * **WORK HOURS:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **WORK LOCATION:** R.
