Join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Wash and clean materials used in the Laboratory. * Responsible for proper use of the washing machine in the Cleaning Room, ovens, and autoclaves. * Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the cleaning room. * Maintain inventory of laboratory consumables. * Keep area records up to date. * Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment used, guaranteeing workplace organization. * Provide support in laboratories. Examples: bench organization, equipment cleaning. * Request preparation of solutions used in the area from the Media Prep laboratory. * Inactivate and sterilize contaminated materials from analyses and inocula from the Barra Bonita laboratory. * Prepare and sterilize materials for laboratory use. * Perform monitoring tests to ensure efficiency of cleaning room equipment; ensure proper functioning of autoclaves and drying ovens in the Cleaning Room; maintain cleanliness of equipment and the cleaning room. * Request equipment repairs from the area manager. * Perform other relevant and necessary activities for job performance. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Preferred: currently pursuing technical training in Biology, Pharmacy, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. * Availability to work rotating shifts and a 6x2 schedule. * Availability to work Shift C. * Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures. * Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite. * Desired knowledge: 5S, GLP, and equipment (e.g., autoclaves).
