Join our team! **Position:** Kitchen Assistant Cook **Location:** Vila Mariana – São Paulo, SP **Schedule:** Availability for a 5x1 rotating shift — work 5 days, rest 1 day; daytime hours **Job Type:** Permanent CLT Position **Salary:** BRL 1,880.39 + BRL 303.60 Hygiene Hazard Allowance **General Responsibilities:** Perform food preparation tasks under the supervision of the head cook and nutrition assistant, maintaining workplace sanitation, receiving and storing food supplies. **Detailed Task Description:** Prepare meats, poultry, and fish for cooking by cutting, cleaning, portioning according to requirements, and proper storage. Assist in meal preparation by washing, peeling, sorting, chopping, or grinding ingredients, and preparing simple dishes as needed. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of facilities, equipment, and kitchen utensils, as well as proper maintenance of tools, materials, and the workplace. Restock the meal distribution area. Handle loading and unloading of non-perishable food items and restaurant supplies. Transport patients’ meals to the pantry and/or dining room. Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment during task execution. Dispose of waste materials generated in the workplace. Perform other related duties as required or at the discretion of the supervisor. Ensure food quality through sample collection, product identification labeling including expiry dates, and completion of hygienic-sanitary control records mandated by Law No. 2619/SP.
