Job Summary: Assist in food preparation, kitchen cleaning, and ingredient inventory control in a fast-food establishment. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in food preparation and sorting 2. Kitchen cleaning and organization Fast-food restaurant hiring for work in Tijuca (near Shopping Tijuca – RJ) Assist in food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning); Sort ingredients according to the chef's instructions; Assist in assembling simple dishes; Restock food items on the production line; Clean utensils, equipment, and work surfaces; Organize and clean the kitchen; Monitor expiration dates and store ingredients properly; Assist in receiving and verifying incoming goods. Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, with one fixed day off on Monday, one weekly day off, and one Sunday off per month Night Shift: 3:40 PM to 1:20 AM Compensation: Starting from R$1.621,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Transportation allowance Experience: * KITCHEN ASSISTANT (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
