A fundamental role in food pre-preparation and portioning. **HOTEL IN FORTALEZA HIRING – JUNIOR KITCHEN ASSISTANT:** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Experience in the role; \- Knowledge of Good Practices and Food Handling; \- Responsibility, proactivity, and commitment; \- Availability to work flexible hours; **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist chefs in general kitchen activities (lunch, dinner, snacks, juices, desserts); Check expiration dates and label ingredients; Pre-preparation and portioning of raw foods; Participate in the sector's cleaning schedule; Perform mise-en-place; Clean countertops and equipment; Prepare side dishes and appetizers; **WORK SCHEDULE:** Flexibility regarding working hours; 2:50 PM to 11:00 PM – Rotating 6x1 schedule (1 weekly day off + 1 Sunday per month); **BENEFITS:** Salary R$ 1\.621,00 (formal employment contract) \+ R$ 170,00 bonus \+ variable commission; R$ 231,00 meal allowance (after probation period); Meals provided on-site; 30% subsidized health insurance and dental plan; Scheduled day off during birthday month; Psychological support service; Employment type: Formal CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
