Job responsibilities include: sanitizing, cutting, peeling, and preparing ingredients as needed; assisting cooks and chefs in recipe execution; assisting in plating and finishing dishes; maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, equipment, and work surfaces; assisting in receiving, organizing, and storing food and supplies; adhering to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety procedures. Requirements: Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards; organizational skills; proactivity; ability to work in a team; physical stamina (standing for extended periods); basic knowledge of food handling, knives, and kitchen equipment.
