Job responsibilities: Clean, cut, peel, and prepare ingredients as needed; assist cooks and chefs in recipe execution; assist in plating and finalizing dishes; keep the kitchen clean and organized, including washing dishes, utensils, equipment, and work surfaces; assist in receiving, organizing, and storing food and supplies; comply with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and workplace safety procedures. Requirements: Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards; organizational skills; proactivity; ability to work in a team; physical stamina (standing for extended periods); basic knowledge of food handling, knives, and kitchen equipment.
