Preparation of simple side dishes **Kitchen Assistant Position** **Monday to Friday** **Shift: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM** **Main Responsibilities** * Wash, peel, cut, and portion food items. * Assist in meal preparation according to instructions. * Weigh and measure ingredients as per recipes. * Prepare simple side dishes (salads, sauces, accompaniments, etc.). * Maintain a clean and organized workplace during and after shifts. * Sanitize utensils. **Requirements** * Prior experience in this role or in kitchen support activities (preferred). * Familiarity with food hygiene routines and preparation procedures.
