Opportunity for people with disabilities The professional will assist in general kitchen activities, contributing to meal preparation and organization while consistently adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre-preparation tasks, such as ingredient washing, cutting, and sorting; * Support meal preparation according to instructions from the chef or responsible nutritionist; * Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas; * Assist in food organization and storage in compliance with food safety regulations; * Support plating and meal distribution when required; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow good food handling practices and occupational safety standards. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing elementary education; * Prior experience is not required but considered an advantage; * Commitment, organizational skills, and willingness to work collaboratively. **Note:** This position is also open to **people with disabilities (PCD)**, promoting inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
