Job Summary: Professional responsible for pre-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes; sanitation of utensils; and assisting with kitchen inventory control, ensuring quality and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Assists in food preparation and plating of dishes and sandwiches. 2. Responsible for kitchen sanitation and organization. 3. Supports the production line team and ensures product quality. Supermarket seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Imperatriz (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Perform pre-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes, sandwiches, and portions according to established standards. Carry out sanitation and organization of kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas. Assist with kitchen ingredient inventory control, performing simple restocking when necessary. Support the chef and production team, adhering to food safety regulations. Ensure the quality of served products and overall department cleanliness. Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position.
