Join the journey of one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the country! **\#JoinOmie** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide customer support for Omie PDV via chat and phone; * Perform remote access to customers’ machines when necessary to assist them; * Create step-by-step guides—using images and text or videos—for procedures performed in the system, aiming to resolve customer inquiries; * Escalate systemic issues and seemingly unsolvable problems to the Product Specialist team for validation and resolution; * Redirect chats and calls outside your scope of responsibility to the appropriate departments, helping customers reach the right solution; * Act consultatively and deliver humanized service to all customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any program in technology or business fields; * Prior experience in B2B customer service is required; * Familiarity with PDV (Point of Sale) systems is considered a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desirable; * **Availability to work on a rotating 12x36 schedule—from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.** **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: BRL 45.00 per business day.
