If you identify with these characteristics and meet our requirements, join this ever-growing team! **General Description:** Responsible for planning, analyzing, and executing procurement processes to ensure adequate supply of materials, products, and services, with focus on cost\-effectiveness, quality, delivery timelines, and supplier relationships. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute product procurement for retail, considering demand, turnover, and seasonality * Analyze sales history, inventory levels, and ABC classification to determine purchase volumes * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and order placements with suppliers * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, commercial terms, bonuses, and allowances * Monitor orders, delivery deadlines, and inventory levels across stores * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers * Support commercial initiatives, campaigns, and product launches * Monitor key performance indicators such as turnover, stockouts, and inventory coverage * Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, finance, and operations departments * Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, or related fields * Prior experience in procurement, preferably within retail * Strong analytical skills and negotiation expertise * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel * Knowledge of inventory management and performance metrics **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical ability * Organization and planning * Clear and concise communication * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Negotiation skills **Employment Type: CLT** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (on card) * Transportation allowance (on card) * Educational partnership programs * Pharmacy partnership program * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Gympass/Wellhub partnership program * Birthday Day Off Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: Starting from R$2\.200,00 per month License/Certification: * Intermediate to Advanced Excel Certification?
