Job Summary: Analyst responsible for data collection and analysis, planning report development, action plan monitoring, and continuous improvement in planning management processes. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support in planning management **Responsibilities:** * Collect performance data using management systems; * Analyze performance data using statistical techniques; * Develop planning reports using specialized software; * Monitor execution of action plans by comparing against established targets; * Identify planning deviations through data analysis; * Propose corrective actions for planning deviations using continuous improvement techniques; * Comply with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards through training and updates; * Participate in planning management training using communication tools; * Contribute to continuous improvement of planning management processes by identifying optimization opportunities; * Provide technical support to users by resolving planning-related issues; * Stay updated on planning management trends and technologies through participation in training and courses; * Document planning activities using management systems. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial), Business Administration, or Logistics; * Microsoft Office Suite. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
