So come get aluminized with us! **\#JoinCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Planning and monitoring of scheduling for Sheet, Foil, Extrusion, and Casting lines; * Monitoring key plant productivity and service indicators; * Management of finished goods and intermediate inventories; * Order portfolio management; management of the unit’s metal balance; * Defining optimal sequencing for Sheet, Foil, Extrusion, and Casting process machines, considering equipment setups, final customer delivery dates, intermediate product inventories, and service priorities (backlog); * Participation in daily forums with production, customer service, logistics, and other support areas; * Preparation and monitoring of reports on key productivity and service indicators; * Driving improvement initiatives aimed at productivity and service; * Driving digitalization and automation initiatives for PCP routines; * Monitoring production delays and anticipations; * Controlling inventories of raw materials (ingots and scrap), intermediate materials, and finished products; * Monitoring the production schedule proposed by the production area, addressing deviations and corrective actions; * Serving as a communication channel with Customer Service to handle topics related to sales order allocation, delivery date fulfillment, and service priorities; * Serving as a communication channel with Planning and Finance to address topics related to production capacity, budgeting, PE, and DE; * Controlling the plant’s mass balance, evaluating material inflow and consumption performance across the entire production flow, as well as raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventories; * Serving as a communication channel with the Metals area to address topics related to the unit’s metal dynamics; * Participating in cross-functional forums with production, customer service, and other support areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real — therefore, we strive to support our employees at every stage!
