Job Summary: Occupational Safety Technician responsible for inspections, documentation control, monitoring of services in high-risk areas, and supporting training activities. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct workplace safety inspections and controls 2. Assist in preparing reports and investigating accidents 3. Support safety training and onboarding of new employees Responsibilities: * Conduct safety inspections in workplaces; * Complete and manage safety checklists (PPE, fire extinguishers, signage, etc.); * Manage safety documentation (PGR, PCMSO, ASOs, CATs, etc.) and third-party documents; * Monitor execution of services in high-risk areas, ensuring compliance with regulations; * Perform daily safety rounds to identify potential hazards; * Assist in preparing and delivering Daily Safety Talks (DDS); * Support basic safety training and onboarding of new employees; * Promote occupational safety campaigns and announcements; * Enter data into spreadsheets or control systems (accidents, training, inspections); * Assist in preparing safety reports and statistics; * Monitor accident investigations; * Suggest basic improvements to procedures or routines to reduce risks; * Develop and review safety procedures; * Verify compliance with regulatory standards (NRs); * Track expiration dates of mandatory training and periodic medical examinations. Requirements: * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; * Active professional registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); Notes: * Work schedule: 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM (Monday to Friday); * Must reside in Sumaré or surrounding areas; * Availability to work on weekends, if required.
