Job Summary: Professional to perform mechanical maintenance, ensuring reliability and operational efficiency of machines and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Mechanical Maintenance: assembly and disassembly of motor-reducers. 2. Specialized Repairs: low- and high-pressure pumps and bearings. 3. Technical Support to reduce machine downtime. We are seeking a Junior Mechanical Technician to join the Softys team. This professional will perform maintenance on machines and equipment, ensuring reliability, availability, and operational efficiency. Employment Type: CLT, On-site Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with shift rotation availability under a 6x2 schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Mechanical Maintenance: assembly and disassembly of motor-reducers. * Component Replacement: bearings, gears, pulleys, shafts, plates, tubes, rollers, and chains. * Specialized Repairs: low- and high-pressure pumps, as well as bearings. * Boiler-making and Welding: cutting, grinding, and welding of materials. * Part Recovery: inspection, repair, replacement, and lubrication of components in the workshop. * Technical Support: general assistance in activities to reduce machine downtime **Requirements:** * Technical education in Industrial Mechanics; * Technical Drawing: interpretation and creation of part drawings and sketches. * Metrology: proficiency with industrial measuring instruments. * Technical Drawing: applied knowledge for equipment maintenance. * Machine Elements: expertise in fastening and rotating elements. * Tooling: safe handling of industrial tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of paper and pulp manufacturing processes; * Experience with TPM methodology; * Knowledge of SAP (PM module). **What We Offer:** * Meal – On-site cafeteria; * Meal Voucher; * Life Insurance – Variable premiums, according to your choice; * Medical Plan – extended to your dependents; * Dental Plan – extended to your dependents; * Pharmacy Benefit – Convenience in purchasing with discounts and advantages at partner pharmacies; * Total Pass – Partnership with gym networks, extendable to 3 people of your choice; * School Kit: For dependents enrolled in grades 1 through 9; * Commuter Bus and Transportation Voucher.
