**Junior Logistics Assistant**

We are expanding and offering the opportunity to join our team as a **Junior Logistics Assistant**.
**Main Responsibilities:**
**TASKS**
\- Issue, classify, and verify invoices, collection bills, and control of invoiced orders;
\- Maintain telephone contact with partners from other branches to assess service quality.
\- Generate department-related reports;
\- Perform document filing and copying for control and evaluation of actions required by the Commercial and Operations departments;
\- Manage the branch’s accounts payable and receivable;
\- Purchase materials and contract services for branch use;
\- Assist in handling and providing information regarding incidents with carriers and delivery-related matters;
\- Assist in scheduling cargo transportation with suppliers (carriers) using less-than-truckload (LTL) mode.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
\- Follow supervisors’ instructions when performing tasks;
\- Verify work quality according to supervisors’ guidance;
\- Strive to be multitasking to excel in branch logistics.
**EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:**
\- Experience in administrative routines and transport documentation (invoices, CT-e, MDF-e);
\- Proficiency in logistics and transportation systems;
\- Ability to operate computers, printers, and networks;
\- Intermediate Excel (will consolidate data and establish communication between spreadsheets\- VLOOKUP and IF functions are essential)
\- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
**EDUCATION:**
\- Completed High School; undergraduate studies in administration or logistics preferred.
**ADDITIONAL ASSETS**
**\-** Familiarity with the SSW system;
\- Experience in tire importation;
