After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor daily **cargo status** (in transit and delivery), acting preventively to avoid delays. * Monitor deliveries to major supermarket chains in São Paulo, respecting receiving time windows and each customer’s specific requirements. * Identify operational risks (hold-ups, delays, invoice discrepancies, rejections) and **act swiftly to mitigate them**. * Record, analyze, and handle operational incidents (damages, shortages, delays, returns, improper scheduling). * Maintain active communication among **carriers, customers, internal departments, and distribution centers (DCs)**, ensuring information flows smoothly. * Prioritize incidents based on impact to cost, service level agreement (SLA), and customer relationships. * Strictly adhere to **communication escalation protocols**, knowing when to escalate issues to higher levels. * Communicate incidents clearly, concisely, and professionally, keeping customers informed even in critical scenarios. * Serve as the single point of contact for operational updates with supermarkets and carriers. * Analyze and approve **logistics costs related to incidents** (daily allowances, redeliveries, storage fees, returns). * Flag opportunities to reduce costs and recurring operational issues, and actively drive cost reduction. * Identify failure patterns and support the development of corrective and preventive actions. * Populate basic incident and performance controls, reports, and dashboards. * Adopt a **continuous improvement mindset**, suggesting simple, practical daily adjustments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Administration, or related fields — Mandatory; * Microsoft Office Suite — Desirable; * SAP — Desirable. **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00; Saturday, 08:00–12:00 **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
