If you are passionate about education and wish to contribute to building a high-performing team, join us on this transformative journey!* **JUNIOR HR ANALYST \- (R\&S)** **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including profile alignment, resume screening, interviews, administering or referring candidates for assessments, organizing process stages, and liaising with managers. * Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely status updates, clear communication, and a positive experience for all participants. * Support onboarding processes, including document requests, verification, and forwarding documentation to finalize hiring. * Contribute to new employee integration initiatives by preparing materials and supporting onboarding activities. * Support initiatives related to organizational climate, culture, internal communication, and development by executing operational tasks under the HR team’s guidance. * Collaborate on internal marketing activities with the Marketing team, assisting in campaign execution and internal communications. * Assist in tracking basic R\&S metrics, such as time-to-hire and number of open positions. * Support general HR operations by providing day-to-day assistance to the team. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields — either completed or currently pursued. * Prior experience in recruitment and selection, including resume screening, conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding processes. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ease in interacting with candidates and managers. * Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing job pipelines, deadlines, and system records. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with digital R\&S tools is considered a plus. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience handling roles across diverse departments or within rapidly growing organizations. * Knowledge of digital R\&S tools or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). * Basic understanding of People Analytics applied to recruitment and selection. * A collaborative mindset and openness to learning various HR functions. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Swile Card (R$ 41.75/day); * Transportation Benefit; * TotalPass; * 40% discount on psychotherapy sessions; * Birthday leave; * 100% scholarship for Fluencypass English courses, including private and conversation classes; * Up to 40% discount on Fluencypass study abroad programs; * R$ 300 per successful referral; * Free snacks at the office; * Lounge area with decompression space and massage chair; * On-site mini-market and dining area. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Business hours (Mon\-Fri) **Location****Hiring model****Work model** São Bernardo do Campo, SP, BR Full\-time On\-site Apply
