Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining internal and external areas, gardening, waste collection, and material control, under supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and maintenance of various internal and external areas 2. Garden and green area maintenance, including mowing and pruning 3. Management of cleaning supplies and tools * Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks for internal and external areas, including corridors, restrooms, offices, common areas, and gardens. * Carry out mowing services in external areas and gardens as directed by supervision, using manual tools or appropriate equipment. * Prune shrubs and small-sized plants, adhering to specific guidelines for each type of vegetation. * Assist in waste collection, maintain cleanliness and organization of common spaces, and ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment. * Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and tools, placing requisitions whenever necessary. * Perform all tasks under supervision, ensuring compliance with quality standards, internal policies, association guidelines, and applicable legislation. * Perform other related duties as required. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in this role. **Desirable Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Commitment and responsibility * Ability to follow safety instructions and regulations Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.247,05 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
