We’re seeking a **Junior Facilities Analyst** — someone eager to accelerate this journey alongside us. ### **Your Role Here:** As a **Junior Facilities Analyst**, you’ll play a key role in supporting Turbi’s facility operations and maintenance, ensuring all spaces operate fully, safely, with quality and cost efficiency. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring operational routines, managing vendors, and supporting infrastructure improvement projects. More than just task execution, the idea is to co-create with autonomy, accountability, and space to experiment, fail, and learn. **What You’ll Handle Daily:** * Monitor preventive and corrective building maintenance management (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, civil works, landscaping, cleaning, pest control); * Track Facilities requests via Pipefy (or equivalent tool), ensuring SLA compliance and user satisfaction; * Control budget spreadsheets, contracts, and area performance indicators (monthly costs, work orders, maintenance schedules); * Support vendor management (requesting quotes, on-site follow-up, validating third-party services); * Assist in updating the calendar for mandatory maintenance and inspections (AVCB, PMOC, fire extinguishers, water tanks, etc); * Perform quotations and expense entries in the internal procurement system; * Support development and tracking of *budget*, data analysis, and area KPIs; * Monitor site improvement and renovation projects (layout, furniture, infrastructure, etc); * Contribute to sustainability and occupational safety initiatives (selective collection, proper disposal, internal campaigns, etc). **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of building maintenance, vendor management, and administrative controls; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (spreadsheets, charts, budget control) and data analysis tools and their languages; * Strong communication and organizational skills to interact effectively with internal teams and vendors; * Collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic, high-speed environment; * Prior experience in *startups* and/or mobility companies (preferred). * Familiarity with Pipefy, Appsheets, or ticketing systems (preferred). * Basic understanding of corporate sustainability and Facilities metrics [consumption, SLA, costs, etc.] (preferred). * Availability to work **on-site**, Monday through Friday. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in startups and/or mobility companies. * Knowledge of Pipefy, Appsheets, or ticketing systems. * Understanding of corporate sustainability and Facilities metrics (consumption, SLA, costs, etc.). **What Turbi Offers to Support Your Journey?** * **Competitive salary**, PJ model, aligned with market standards; * **Healthcare coverage**: SulAmérica health plan to take care of you. * **Dental care**: Bradesco dental plan. * **Stay active**: Gympass access to train your way. * **TurbiFree monthly**: R$ 1\.000 to use our cars as you wish. * **Well-deserved break**: 30 days of paid leave after 12 months with us. * **Birthday off**: Day Off on your birthday to celebrate however you like. * **Extended maternity leave**: Extra time to enjoy this moment with peace of mind. * **Paternity leave**: Guaranteed presence during the most important early days. * **Bonus**: Tied to Turbi and individual goal achievement. ### **Our Way of Working:** Turbi is built by real people — who make mistakes, learn, grow, and get things done.
