Job Summary: The Data Analyst supports strategic management of commercial information through data collection, processing, validation, and analysis to inform decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Through the **E-commerce Analyst** position, the objective is to support the management and optimization of the online store's product catalog and customer database, contributing to information quality and accuracy in order to improve sales performance and customer experience. **Position for Business Unit:** As a **Data Analyst**, you will be responsible for supporting strategic management of commercial information through data collection, processing, validation, and analysis. You will develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making across sales, commercial, trade, and logistics departments. You will contribute to standardizing information and commercial intelligence, thereby promoting internal process efficiency and achievement of business objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure quality, consistency, and integrity of commercial databases; * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical dashboards focused on sales performance, product mix, channels, and regions; * Analyze suppliers using metrics such as market share, numeric distribution, customer activation, and revenue; * Conduct data analyses and studies on consumer behavior, sales forecasting, and profitability; * Support process improvement initiatives based on data (e.g., customer segmentation, channel performance); * Perform integrations and cross-referencing of information among ERP, CRM, BI, and other internal systems; * Follow and apply data governance and standardization guidelines established by the department; * Collaborate with sales, commercial, trade, and logistics teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment of analyses. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** * Experience working with commercial data, performance indicators (KPIs), and ERP systems. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Knowledge of databases (structure and manipulation); * Experience with ERP systems; * Ability to build and interpret commercial indicators and KPIs; * Knowledge of profitability, margin, and product turnover; * Understanding of operations across distribution channels. **ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETENCIES:** * Data-driven culture; * Critical analytical capability to support decision-making; * Systemic business vision. **Additional Information** * Medical Plan (for employee and dependents) * Dental Plan (for employee and dependents) * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Gympass * On-site Meal * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance * Extended Maternity Leave (180 days) **Note:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:45, at Vila Nova Wholesale headquarters in Campinas, SP ### **Why Work at Vila Nova Group?** At **Vila Nova Group**, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll find stability, development, and real growth opportunities.
