Junior Customer Management Analyst

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** We are seeking a person to join our **customer service team**, responsible for activities related to this area of expertise. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Register customer orders; * Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for customers by SKU—from order registration through customer receipt—and handle returns when necessary; * Build and maintain positive, effective relationships with customers to meet their expectations; * Anticipate customer needs by analyzing historical purchase data and inventory levels, and proactively provide relevant information to customers and the commercial team; * Prepare reports to monitor customers’ order portfolios and inform customers about the status of their portfolios; * Proactively contact customers to assess the need for new sales orders and, if required, refer them to the commercial team; * Regularly review open orders and coordinate with responsible departments to ensure on-time delivery of sales orders as agreed; * Responsible for updating Kiwi and SE Suite systems while monitoring the RNCC process; **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields; * Basic English proficiency; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Prior experience in this role; * Knowledge of SAP, Kiwi, and PuTTY systems is desirable; * Availability for 100% in-person work in Araçatuba/SP; **Additional Information** **Smurfit Westrock**, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging conversion facilities and 59 paper mills.
