Responsibilities: * Preparation and finishing of dishes with attention to detail and presentation. * Preparation of sauces and assistance in meat preparation. * Ensuring the quality and flavor of up to 220 meals per day. * Organizing the workstation and maintaining a clean and safe environment. * Assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed. Requirements: * Prior kitchen experience (preferred). * Proficiency in meat cutting and in preparing dishes and sauces. * Ability to work under pressure and handle high production volumes. * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and pro\-activity.
