Support to Representatives and Commercial Team * Requirements: \- Must be over 18 years old \- Must reside in Jundiaí or surrounding regions \- Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree \- Experience in the Commercial Area * Responsibilities: \- Customer registration; \- Customer service via main communication channels: WhatsApp, e\-mail, phone calls; support to representatives and Commercial Team; \- Order entry, follow-up (internally with other departments – PCP, PCM, Prepress, Engineering, Pricing, Logistics), delivery tracking; \- Entry of NCs (Non-Conformities) \- Portfolio Management and Negotiations.
