




Job Summary: Agroindustrial Programming Analyst will focus on maximizing productivity, optimizing logistics, and managing processes, monitoring operations and ensuring alignment. We are seeking an **Agroindustrial Programming Analyst** to work in **Piracicaba\-SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Maximize productivity, focusing on logistical efficiency and process optimization; * Analyze daily performance indicators, identifying deviations (GAPs) and proposing solutions; * Monitor field operations alongside internal customers, ensuring alignment between planning and execution; * Monitor and verify onboard equipment communications; * Provide operational support via phone, WhatsApp, email, and internal systems; * Ensure interface between operational teams and support areas (planning, maintenance, logistics, etc.); * Ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, and operational standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel; * Strong communication skills, with experience or aptitude for customer service and interpersonal relationships; * Willingness to learn and develop; * Experience monitoring trucks and the logistics cycle is desirable; * Full availability for a 5x1 work schedule and rotating shifts; * Mobility to work in Piracicaba/SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal chat to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explain the day\-to\-day responsibilities and challenges.
