As an intern, you will join a team fully focused on delivering results—come be \#TeamGreenish. **Prerequisites:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or technical program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of hardware, networks, and operating systems; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a team environment. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to end users (on-site and remote); * Assist in the installation and configuration of computers, printers, and software; * Support network and equipment maintenance; * Log and track technical service requests; * Provide basic support for internal systems and corporate tools.
