Participation in projects and training within the field **Job Description:** Provide IT department support, assisting in system development, equipment maintenance, and internal user support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in computer, network, and system maintenance; * Support users with software and hardware issues; * Assist in system development and testing; * Document processes and solutions; * Participate in departmental projects and training. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in **IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields**; * Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and programming languages; * Strong communication skills and proactivity; Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
