IT Assistant (Infrastructure)

Job Summary: The IT Assistant (Infrastructure) is responsible for handling incidents, managing equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and documenting processes, working collaboratively and resiliently. A dynamic environment focused on continuous learning. **Responsibilities and Duties** **As an IT Assistant (Infrastructure), you will:** * Prepare delivery and return reports for equipment (e.g., laptops, corporate mobile phones); * Handle Level 1 and Level 2 incidents opened by internal and external 3S employees; * Install, maintain, and physically relocate computers; * Monitor systems including monitoring tools, backup solutions, and departmental KPIs; * Manage access rights and permissions across key 3S systems; * Maintain up-to-date software and hardware inventories; * Support infrastructure and layout changes; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance; * Document technical processes and incidents; * Carry out preventive checklists. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements include experience in:** * Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and efficiently solve problems with high resilience; * Highly motivated and organized professional capable of working effectively; * Strong communication skills and positive interpersonal relationships; * Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and information security; * Minimum 1 year of experience in infrastructure-related roles; * Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; * Collaborative mindset and interest in continuous learning; * Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP; * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related field; * **Reside in Barueri and/or nearby regions;** * **Availability to work fully on-site.** **Additional Information** **Benefits:** On-site cafeteria (breakfast and lunch); Monthly transportation allowance based on usage; Life insurance – MetLife; Bradesco dental plan; Porto Seguro medical plan; Birthday day off; Cultural allowance; TotalPass. **Accelerate your career with 3S!** **Learn more about us:** 3S Tecnologia is a company headquartered in Alphaville \- Barueri/SP, specializing in tracking, monitoring, telematics, and software solutions for fleet management, cargo and vehicle protection.
