**Job Description** We are seeking an **IT Analyst** to support the management and improvement of the systems and applications used by the company, working closely with operational departments. The role will be responsible for overseeing the application lifecycle and proposing solutions to optimize IT processes. **Job Responsibilities:** Map and maintain the systems and applications used by group companies;\- Monitor the application lifecycle (usage, enhancements, changes, and replacements);\- Identify operational stakeholders and focal points per department/unit;\- Suggest new solutions and tools to optimize the IT environment and operational processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines;\- Experience in the IT field, with focus on systems/applications and interaction with operational departments;\- Experience with TMS (Transportation Management System);\- Knowledge of logistics operations (concepts and routines);\- Experience in profile-based access management, auditing, and best practices in controls will be considered a plus. **Benefits:** Salary advance; Medical and dental assistance; Pharmacy discount program; Life insurance; Meal or food allowance; Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; Multivix discount program; Birthday day off; Workplace gymnastics; Parking.
