This role plays an essential part in loss reduction and mitigating financial impacts related to inventory adjustments and payments. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and execute administrative routines; • Continuously analyze inventory results, identifying deviations, root causes, and improvement opportunities; • Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to accuracy, losses, adjustments, and financial risks associated with inventory; • Identify, analyze, and determine patterns, trends, and recurrences of discrepancies, using historical data to support strategic decision-making; • Proactively reduce losses by proposing and implementing corrective and preventive action plans based on critical analysis and reliable data; • Assess risks related to inventory payments, conducting detailed analyses to mitigate financial impacts together with relevant departments; • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, internal controls, as well as contractual and audit requirements; • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Finance, and IT to align processes and drive continuous improvement; • Lead, guide, and develop the inventory team, promoting a culture of control, operational discipline, and results orientation; • Prepare and present managerial reports and strategic analyses to leadership to support decision-making;**Requirements** -------------- Experience in logistics; Preferably experience in Loss Prevention / Inventory; Knowledge of Mercado Livre operations (Service Center and Cross Docking); Willingness to travel; Flexible working hours; Bachelor’s degree; Assertive communication skills; Logical reasoning; Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Experience in people management; Priority management skills;**Responsibilities** --------------------- • Develop your TDM and that of the entire team according to your Roles and Responsibilities, and align with your team’s TDM; • Develop and implement actions aimed at continuously improving area workflows and processes; • Guide the team toward more efficient processes, improved operational performance, and cost reduction; • Develop and engage the team to maximize results and promote sustainable growth of the area; • Conduct meetings with regional focal points for each operation and lead action plans; • Lead client meetings; • Guarantee and monitor team SLA compliance and deliverables; • Ensure team participation in mandatory and periodic trainings; • Comply with operational/administrative procedures and respect DHL Supply Chain policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct;
