Being DHL means developing your capabilities to the fullest.**Job Description** --------------------- Inventory Supervisor (Mercado Livre Operations) for the SPI West Region (Presidente Prudente, Bauru, and Avaré), working at Service Centers and Cross Docking facilities.**Requirements** -------------- Experience in logistics; preferably experience in Loss Prevention / Inventory; knowledge of Mercado Livre operations (Service Center and Cross Docking); willingness to travel; flexible working hours; bachelor’s degree; assertive communication skills; logical reasoning; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; people management experience; priority management.**Responsibilities** --------------------- • Develop your own TDM and that of the entire team according to their Roles and Responsibilities, aligning with your team’s TDM. • Develop and implement actions focused on continuous improvement of departmental workflows and processes. • Guide the team toward more efficient processes, operational performance gains, and cost reduction. • Develop and engage the team to maximize results and promote sustainable growth of the department. • Conduct meetings with regional focal points for each operation and lead action plans. • Lead client meetings. • Ensure and monitor team compliance with SLAs and deliverables. • Ensure team participation in mandatory and periodic trainings. • Comply with operational/administrative procedures and adhere to DHL Supply Chain policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct.
