Job Summary: Supervise physical inventories, monitor productivity, validate assets, and lead technical teams, ensuring compliance with procedures and travel logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Frequent travel and on-site client engagement **Inventory Supervisor (2 openings)** Location: Alphaville – SP | Client sites (frequent travel) Employment Type: CLT **Responsibilities:** * Manage the physical inventory schedule; * Monitor productivity and quality of collected data; * Conduct audits and validation of inventoried assets; * Support and guide field technicians; * Issue periodic inventory reports; * Organize and schedule travel logistics; * Submit expense reports to the finance department; * Ensure adherence to safety procedures. **Requirements:** * Technical, technological, or higher education degree in: Mechanical, Electrical, Electrotechnical, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Technical field experience; * Experience in team management or leadership; * Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment; * Valid driver's license and comfort driving on highways; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with industrial equipment and factory floor operations; * Spanish or English language skills. **Job Details:** Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM On-site model for client projects. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Meal and transportation allowances paid weekly according to project expenses; * Prudential life insurance; * Birthday day-off; * Education allowance and performance leave.
